  • Once you provide us with some information about how you would like to take title we will prepare and send you the sale agreement to review and sign. 
  • A $500 (non-refundable) deposit is required to open up escrow. The $500 deposit will be applied to your purchase price at the time of closing.
  • The title company will handle everything in regard to the transfer of ownership and funds.
  • The entire process takes about 2-3 weeks.
